Qurandeen while quarantine
All praises to Allah the exalted
The prophet pbuh said The one who fasts, experiences two joys: he feels pleasure when he breaks the fast. He is joyful by virtue of his fast when he meets his Rubb." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Indeed we have experienced the first joy as promised by our honorable prophet pbuh,
What a joyful feeling when we gather together friends and families around iftar times, smiling faces are shining, hearts are filled with the pleasure of Eeman!
Islam is practical the more you do the more you get!
Who would think fasting would bring joy and happiness. While some think it’s a torture, Muslims who experienced felt pleasures and peace.
Facts:- Islam is the largest growing religion in the world even though so much needed to be learned and memorized!
Learning and memorizing surahs, learning wudu, or salat. These are very challenging tasks but, yet people do it and find it joyful and pleasurable.
A new reverted muslim once told me when learned surahtul Al fatiha couldn’t stop saying it, the more he says it the more joyous he got.
Another one told me when learned “la ilaha ila Allah” kept repeating it all day!
Alhamdulilah for these great countless blessing. Allah the exalted says in surahtul Al Nihl:-
18. If ye would count up the favours of Allah, never would ye be able to number them: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
As Allah the exalted blessed us with this first joy, we ask Allah to grant us the second joy, the joy of meeting our Lord!
May Allah make us among his grateful slaves.
By Allah we have already missed you Ramadan!
May Allah accept from us and free us from the hellfire! May Allah grant us laylatul Alqdr!
Despite the pandemic Ramadan have been peaceful! It reminds us of prophet Ibraham pbuh, when thrown into the fire, Allah the exalted says surahtul Al Anbiyaa:-
69. We said, “O Fire! be thou cool, and (a means of) safety for Abraham!”
May Allah cure the sick and have mercy of those who passed away.
May Allah lift up the pandemic!
Eid Mubarak
